This role ensures that clients receive timely, accurate assistance and that agency processes run smoothly from quote to renewal.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assist clients with policy inquiries, changes, billing questions, and coverage explanations.
• Process endorsements, cancellations, reinstatements, and renewals in coordination with the agency’s carriers.
• Maintain up-to-date client records in the agency management system (CRM).
• Prepare and review insurance applications, supporting documentation, and follow-up communications.
• Support agents by gathering documentation, issuing ID cards, and handling client service tickets.
• Monitor expiration dates and generate renewal reminders or outreach campaigns.
• Serve as a first point of contact for walk-ins, phone calls, and inbound service requests.
• Assist in maintaining organized files, compliance documentation, and carrier appointment records.
